Dinner Parties

Let Blue Crystal Catering & Personal Chef Service turn your home into your favorite restaurant! Enjoy a carefree evening as you become a guest in your own home. All you have to do is pick the date, the time and the menu. Let us do the rest. We will shop for the freshest of ingredients the day of your event. We will come to your home with all our own professional pots and pans. We will prepare each course, plate each course, serve each course and most important of all, we will do the clean up!

Pricing:

A four course dinner for 2 is $150 per person plus tax.
A three course dinner for 2 is $125 per person plus tax.
A four course dinner for 4 is $125 per person plus tax.
A three course dinner for 4 is $100 per person plus tax.
A four course dinner for 6 is $110 per person plus tax.
A three course dinner for 6 is $85 per person plus tax.
A four course dinner for 8 is $100 per person plus tax.
A three course dinner for 8 is $70 per person plus tax

All dinner parties come with complimentary menus for each guest and a complimentary amuse bouche.

(Please note that our Chefs will do up to 6 guests on their own. Anymore than 6 guests and we bring in a server at $25 per hour for a minimum of 4 hours)

Catering in Your Home

How many times have you offered your home for that special anniversary party, the family picnic, a cocktail party, a funeral reception or a potluck you run out of food? You spend days planning, organizing, cooking, setting up on the day of the event ending in clean up. Let Blue Crystal make your next party or event relaxing, stress free and you have no need to worry about the cleanup.

We will take care of as much as you need. Arranging any rentals, getting the ice, setting up the bar, providing servers and bartenders.

Personal Chef Service

Let us be the answer your “what’s for dinner” question. We will provide you with a 4-page food questionnaire designed to detail all of your food preferences, allergies, sensitivities and favorite cuisines. Using that information, we will plan a well-balanced, nutritional menu for you to choose from.

Once you have selected 5 meals, you will then pick the cooking date. On the cooking day, we will come to your home directly after shopping for the freshest ingredients. We will prepare 4 servings of all 5 meal plans complete with sides and package them individually. Each meal will be labeled, dated and have heating or cooking instructions. We will then leave the meals in your refrigerator and freezer and your only worry will now be….what meal to eat first.

You also have the option of having your meals delivered from my Certified Mobile Kitchen, Blue Crystal Rotisserie. All the services discussed in your home can be done in my food truck and delivered to your home. The packaging will be labeled with instructions for storing thawing and cooking.

Menu: Listed are some of the meals that get ordered again and again and again. Please note, all meals are personalized. There are many other choices but they would be based on your individual preferences.

Pricing: The price for this service is a flat fee of $300 plus cost of groceries. For special diets or additional services beyond the standard 5 meals x 4 servings each, the flat fee will vary anyway from $325 – $425 dependent upon additional time it will take us.
